This official KAIJUO website (http://kaijuo.com, the Site hereafter) is managed by KAIJUO Co., Ltd. (hereafter the Company). Only visitors who have read and agreed to the following terms are allowed to the Site.

Applicable Laws and Competent Courts
The Site and the interpretation and application of its usage conditions conform to Japanese law. Unless otherwise specified, all disputes involving the Site are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
