What’s Great About Strike-ken?
Strike-ken participates in ramen events throughout Japan, so we get to meet staff from other ramen restaurants and the like. In doing so, we learn about & are stimulated by lots of things, not just ramen.
Working here’s fun. The whole staff goes on field trips (!?) once a month.
I’m excited to see how Strike-ken develops in the future.

What’s Great About Strike-ken?
I left behind my businessman job three years ago. It’s my first time working at a restaurant. It’s just been three years, but I can now represent Strike-ken at ramen events throughout Japan, and have appeared in magazines and on TV many times. I’ve been introduced to some wonderful ingredients by Strike-ken’s owner, and met people who I wouldn’t normally.
In the future I want to have my own place! But Strike-ken’s future is sure to be great.

What’s Great About Strike-ken?
Right now I’m in Australia. Why? A big reason is that I was able to meet a bunch of people through my job at Strike-ken. People work at Strike-ken because they have wishes and goals. Even after they leave, they go on to be successful in various ways, and come back once in a while to say hi.
